- Endosome anchored NLRP3 inflammasomes: assembly on PI4P enriched endomembranes and downstream signaling.
- Insulin granule turnover: decision between secretion and lysosomal routing in β cells.
- Hypothalamic neuron trafficking: membrane routing shaping energy balance circuits.
